A ‘whole’ person brings all their gifts and strengths to work, and we seek to release this potential in the workplace.

While we live and work in a world of constant flux, organisations frequently struggle to cope with 'change'. They focus on external factors, such as structure and processes, skills, roles and policies.  Yet we believe that true change - transformation - can only be generated when you understand the people involved, and support them through the process.

Our work embraces all area of human intelligence, but we recognise that our rational and emotional intelligences work best when they flow from deeper within us - from the place in which we nurture our values and derive meaning and purpose in life. That's why we are investing in the research and development of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) - to help teams and organisations re-connect with meaning, values, story, purpose, integrity and trust. As Ashmos and Duchon suggest, ‘A workplace can be considered spiritual when it recognises that employees have an inner life that nourishes and is nourished by meaningful work that takes place in the context of community.’
