We believe that ‘who we are’ is as important as ‘what we do’. As Gandhi said, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”

MCA is a team of four partners and one team assistant , based in Winchester.  We work with a group of around 20 facilitators, coaches, academics and specialists, and together we deliver workshops which nurture leadership and teamship, cultural transformation and board and team development.

As well as this on-going work with clients, we are investing in the research and development of material in an exciting and ground-breaking new area: spiritual intelligence.

Our Values: we believe that all human beings have immense potential (which few seem to realise). We are passionate about serving our clients, and co-creating material together with them (as they know more about their own situation than we do!).

Our Processes: we are mutually accountable as a partnership, spending plenty of time together in creative reflection and coaching each other internally on a regular basis. We like to maintain flexible working patterns and most of us have portfolio working lives.
